PHOOM ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

• Respecting the privacy of artists, riggers, and collaborators you credit

We process user-generated content to provide and improve the Service. We may remove content that violates our Terms of Service or applicable privacy laws.

Your PHOOM profile may display or link to content from third-party services, including:

• Twitch stream embeds and live status
• YouTube video embeds
• Social media links (Twitter, Discord, etc.)
• External websites you link to

These third-party services have their own privacy policies and may collect data about visitors to your profile. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you integrate with your PHOOM page.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion:

• Profile data is deleted immediately
• Backups are purged within 30 days
• Anonymized analytics may be retained
• Legal/billing records retained as required by law

You have the right to:

• Access: request a copy of your data
• Rectification: correct inaccurate data
• Erasure: delete your account and data
• Portability: export your data in a standard format
• Object: opt out of certain data processing
