How do I create my first page?
After signing up, go to your Dashboard and click Create page. Add a title and slug, then start dropping in links and model showcases from the page editor.
How do I add my VTuber model showcase?
In the page editor, open Showcase. Click Add to gallery to upload an image or video, then credit your artist, rigger, or designer with links back to their profiles.
Can I use a custom domain?
Yes. Custom domains are available on Ultimate. After upgrading, open Dashboard, then Settings to point your domain at your PHOOM page.
How do I remove the watermark?
The PHOOM watermark is removed on Plus and Ultimate.
What file types can I upload?
JPG, PNG, GIF, and WebP images on all plans. Plus and Ultimate also support audio and video. Per-upload limits are 2 MB on Starter, 4 MB on Plus, and 10 MB on Ultimate.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Dashboard, then Billing, then Manage subscription. You keep paid features until the end of the current billing period.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are reviewed case by case. Starter is free so you can try PHOOM before committing to a paid plan. If you have a specific situation, email support@phoom.page.
How do I delete my account?
Email support@phoom.page from your account email. We will confirm the request before permanently removing your account and data.
Is my data secure?
We use industry-standard encryption, secure authentication, and trusted providers (Neon, Vercel, Stripe, UploadThing). See the Privacy Policy for specifics.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Sign in, open Settings, and choose Download your data to get a JSON file of your account, pages, media references, and the messages you received. If the download does not work, email support@phoom.page from your account email.
